For years, farmers have struggled with elephants raiding their crops, threatening their livelihoods. The unexpected solution? Chilli. Its natural heat acts as a deterrent, keeping elephants at bay and allowing farmers to grow food in peace.

Through our partnership with the Gonarezhou Conservation Trust, our chillies are used as a safe, natural way to reduce human-wildlife conflict—helping farmers protect their crops without harming elephants.

But the impact goes beyond farming. By creating new income opportunities for local communities, we help reduce reliance on poaching, supporting both conservation and sustainable livelihoods.
